As the CEO of the National Pest Management Association, a national trade association that represents about 7,000 pest management companies, I have had numerous opportunities to interact and work with Lee Whitmore. For example, he has served as a member of the National Associations Board of Directors, chaired committees, served as president of the California Association and played an instrumental role in creating a formal and constructive partnership between the California and national associations. I have also worked with him on numerous legislative and regulatory issues. In the course of all that interaction, Lee demonstrated unparalleled character, integrity and leadership.
